So I was thinking... I'm really depressed. Steve was right about me. He once made a comment that I can't have sex without getting emotionally attached. I crush too much and I crush hard. I find myself sitting here pining over a woman I spent one night with. I almost wish we did have sex, just sex. That would have made it easier. Instead we were in bed holding eachother and talking. It seemed so easy, so effortless. Now I find myself here 4 days after the fact and we've not said hardly a word to eachother. How many poems will I write for you? How far will I fall before you put out your hand? Tonight I will listen to the Verve. I wonder if I'll see you on Friday at the show and wonder if we will talk to eachother as easily as we did last weekend. I think too much. |
